1. Price Information
All prices are correct at time of display online. In the unlikely event of an administrative error resulting in an incorrect price being displayed, we reserve the right to correct the price. In these circumstances, you will not be bound to continue with your purchase, and you will be asked to email us to confirm that you wish to proceed.
2. Ordering Goods
Our online store can accept orders originating from the UK only. To purchase online simply click the "buy now" button. After making your selections use the 'shopping cart', or 'checkout' "option link. You will be able to review and amend your order before proceeding through the checkout stages. We will ask for details of your delivery address - this MUST be the address at which you wish to receive your item - and email/phone contact details so we can contact you if we need to discuss your order as well as keep you updated with the progress of your order. Clicking "order now" will generate and transmit your order and display a page confirming the details of your order for your records. If you need to amend your order after it has been generated, please contact us either by email or telephone, Mon-Fri 9.00am-5.00pm. If you place an order through our web site, we will confirm receipt of your order by sending an email to you using the e-mail address you supplied when registering with our website. Also please refer to section 1 above regarding incorrect prices. No contract will exist between you and us for the sale of products by us to you until your payment has been received. This will be deemed to be our acceptance of your order and to have been effectively communicated to you. Please note that the only language in which the contract can be concluded is English. Details of your order will be retained by us in our database and these details can be made available on request.
3. Payment
We accept payment with any major Debit or Credit Card.
4. Liability
Please refer to NoChex's terms and conditions for the full cover all the charges that may result from unauthorised use of your credit card or debit cards through their system.
5. Delivery of Goods
All of our memorabilia is offered in our bespoke made to order frames, Manufactured by professionals in the UK using high quality materials. Available in various colours and sizes our framers work with state of the art machinery to produce a top quality product and are faced with Branded Acrylic to give you the best view.
We can deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only. Your order will be delivered either by a private courier or Royal mail. A signature is required for all deliveries.
6. Delivery Charges
We offer FREE postage to ALL mainland UK addresses. Our standard delivery charge for all FRAMED items which fall outside the UK mainland our charge is £12.50 per framed order.
7. Delivery Times
Deliveries are normally carried out Monday to Friday during normal working hours.
Goods delivered by courier should arrive between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. All deliveries must be signed for. If you are out when the courier arrives the Courier will leave a card with the contact number for you to call to arrange a suitable time for redelivery or for you to collect the goods from the local depot.
From the receipt of your order we will endeavour to deliver your chosen UNFRAMED items to you within 2-3 working days. For all FRAMED orders, delivery will be between 3-7 working days.
8. Complaints and Queries

9. Unwanted Goods
If you decide that you do not want any item which we have delivered then, provided that it is returned to us in its original and unused condition (including in its original packaging), along with the wrapping and delivery note (as proof of purchase) within 14 days of delivery, we will exchange it or offer a refund. Methods of return are as follows:
- By Post. You are advised to obtain a certificate of posting (available from all Post Offices at no charge) when returning items by post.
- To our address at Nottingham. Simply return the item to us for a replacement or refund. Unfortunately we are not able to provide this service for special orders (Bespoke products).
- Collection by us. Where there is no fault found with the goods, we do not refund delivery charges and may charge for collecting the goods if they are not sent to our Nottingham address.
- This guarantee is in addition to and does not affect your statutory rights. If you post the item to us, or we collect it, we will endeavour to send you a replacement or refund your payment, within 14 days.
10. Safe Shopping Guarantee
We have used every effort to ensure that shopping on the Internet with us is as safe as possible. Our secure server software encrypts all of your personal information sent over the Internet. In processing your order, your information may have to be sent over the Internet more than once. At no point is your order information sent in this way without encryption. |
