Who is Heroes Memorabilia?

Heroes Memorabilia are a leading web based company specifically dealing in Sporting Memorabilia and have been dealing in signed sporting memorabilia since 2007. We are based in Nottinghamshire, England.  We hold many signings throughout the year in association with EPS and Iconic signings and have built up an excellent working relationship with many Sporting stars and memorabilia dealers.

How can I be sure your memorabilia is genuine?

We only use memorabilia that has been autographed in private signing sessions where we or our agents have been in attendance and where proof can be provided. The sports men and women in question during these signing sessions will have in most cases been paid for each signature. When we do use items from other memorabilia dealers we only buy from those with the best reputations and who are able to provide us with the same reassurances we like to provide our customers with. After all, we wouldn't expect you to buy memorabilia without being 100% sure it was genuine so we don't either.

What reassurances do you provide?

Every single autographed item we sell comes with our lifetime guarantee that the item is 100% genuine and we will confirm this with our Certificate of Authenticity. 

All our items were signed in specially arranged signing sessions where we or our agent were present and in most cases we are able to supply proof of the signing, in most cases the sports men or women were paid a fee for their authograph.

What if I'm not satisfied?

All of our items come with a money-back guarantee if you are not entirely happy with your purchase. We will also replace any items that have become damaged in transit or you believe are not up to standard within 14 days of delivery. Please e-mail us with full details of your problem.

Your items appear to be cheaper than your competitiors, why?

There are two main reasons for our pricing structure.  

Firstly - we try to base all our prices on what it has cost us to obtain a signature and where necessary frame the item up and due to the volumes of memorabilia that we deal with on a daily basis we are able to stage large signing sessions and get the best prices per autograph.

Secondly - we too are collectors and we appreciate that an item must also be affordable to you our customer therefore we have tried to make our products affordable, this inturn also gives us a quicker turnaround of the items available and keeps our products new and fresh looking. Let us pass the savings on to you.

Why do you sell your items framed?

Framed memorabilia is not only great for displaying on your wall but it is also significantly more valuable than unframed items. Customers who buy unframed items from other companies often find themselves disappointed when they come to have their item framed because of the high costs involved. A framed item will retain its value much better than an unframed one.

Can Heroes Memorabilia value/authenticate my item of memorabilia for me?

No, we do not offer this service. However, there are plenty of companies who will be able to help you with this, so check local listings.

I have some signed items. Will you be willing to buy them from me?

No. Due to the difficulty in authenticating items like this, we do not purchase items in this way so please do not ask us.
